A Responsible and Solidarity-Based Deployment Model (10+3 Program)

LCEM Group has developed a responsible deployment approach designed to combine industrial efficiency with social impact.

As part of this vision, LCEM Group introduces the 10+3 Humanitarian Program, a voluntary solidarity-based model integrated into selected large-scale production projects.

Under this approach, for every ten (10) modular units delivered as part of an institutional or collective project, LCEM Group allocates the equivalent of three (3) additional modular units dedicated to humanitarian, emergency, or social-use initiatives, depending on project context and partner alignment

This program is designed to:

  • Support emergency response and humanitarian infrastructure needs
  • Contribute to social resilience and access to essential facilities
  • Encourage responsible industrial deployment at scale

The 10+3 model does not replace institutional funding or humanitarian programs, but acts as a complementary mechanism, reinforcing the positive impact of large-scale modular construction through structured solidarity.

Each 10+3 initiative is defined on a project-by-project basis, in collaboration with public authorities, humanitarian organizations, or international partners, ensuring feasibility, transparency, and alignment with local needs.

Through this approach, LCEM Group affirms its commitment to sustainable development, responsible industrialization, and long-term social impact, while maintaining the technical reliability and operational performance required for institutional and international projects.
